Researching types of questions for interviews
This is the first website that I visited, here are some more detailed examples of types of research questions. After using this site I think that I will incorporate more predictive questions as it might be interesting to see what my interviewees think will happening further into the future with regards to how the porn industry is received by society.
This is an interesting link with lots of information on how to structure research questions, I found the diagram particularly useful. However this website is mainly aimed towards larger research projects and thesis’s, meaning this isn’t quite the information I am looking for; still useful to have when embarking on a research project!
This link was useful in deciding which format and approach I would like to take towards my interviews and general research. Determining whether I would like to use structured, semi-structured or unstructured interviews can influence how much I would like to be involved in the whole research process; this is because in a structured interview I would have very little input and would only have to read out the questions to the interviewee, whereas in unstructured interviews are far less restrictive, it would be more like a conversation that could go in any direction.
