Audience research: what do people like to see in documentaries? Pt2

 In this blog I have linked a short conversation with a fellow student called Harvey, as he talks about what he likes about the Amazon Original documentary, Clarckson’s Farm (2021). 

This was a helpful interview because it further opened my eyes to how audiences can respond to the characters they are presented with, for example Harvey talks about many people in the interview that he found he could relate to and laugh about/ with. This has made me think that I might use some candid footage in my documentary from the interviews, for example if someone laughs or tells a joke etc.
