Main task: risk assessment for second interview

 

Here is the risk assessment I completed for my second interview for my main task. As there weren’t many risks involved with filming this assessment was simple to fill out. 

Here are the guidelines that I follow when filling out all of my risk assessments, all the information I need for correctly assessing the risk of the locations I film on.
